Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in marketing operations and automation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on building and scaling a marketing operations center of excellence, ideally within B2C health benefits, wellness, or regulated consumer tech. They must demonstrate a proven ability to inherit, optimize, and scale a B2C MarTech stack, resulting in increased member engagement and measurable revenue growth, along with hands-on experience leading vendor evaluations and migrations. Strong technical skills, including proficiency with HTML and CSS, and extensive experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, specifically UTM strategy and funnel KPIs, are required.

Responsibilities

As the Director, Member Marketing Operations & Automation, you will lead the end-to-end B2C global member marketing operations strategy and execution, driving personalized member engagement, operational excellence, and measurable revenue growth. This includes owning and enhancing the MarTech ecosystem, integrating emerging AI tools, serving as a key strategic leader and hands-on builder and operator, collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Business Systems teams, and partnering with the other Growth and Engagement team members to ensure seamless system integration. You will also be responsible for auditing, optimizing, and implementing strategies to scale personalization, automation, and performance across the full member lifecycle.
