Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in marketing technology platforms, with required experience in Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of varying industry trends, campaign management & journey orchestration best practices, and marketing technologies
  • Desire to continually learn, improve, and apply subject matter expertise to client needs and sales situations
  • Strong understanding of broader data and marketing technologies to design scalable architectures, methods, and techniques for platform implementations and launches
  • Ability to promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Ability to identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a marketing technology consultant for strategic healthcare clients, driving overarching web digital strategy across marketing technology products and processes
  • Align teams on processes, governance, best practices, and tool usage; define, enable, and adopt new ways of working
  • Establish a MarTech COE, improve adoption and usage of Adobe Workfront, drive overall process improvement, define product and process ownership, and reduce time to market for marketing and digital activities
  • Evaluate and optimize the use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target
  • Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and platform partners, optimizing customer experiences and marketing strategies through effective platform use
  • Partner with client service and business development teams to identify and expand account opportunities, creating solutions that maximize customer value
  • Help clients maximize value from platform solutions on an ongoing basis, set up delivery teams for success, and oversee delivery as necessary
  • Support partnerships with Adobe and other platforms to foster innovation, drive product adoption, achieve company certifications, and influence product roadmaps
