Director, Manufacturing Operations Management

The Director will ensure efficient production operations and resource management by leading and coordinating teams and processes across various manufacturing areas. They will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by maintaining a well-trained workforce, overseeing operations, and implementing improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing performance, talent development, associate relations, engagement, and safety. The Director will ensure compliance with GxP regulations through adherence to SOPs, accurate documentation, quality control, and training. They will also lead planning, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Director will partner with R&D and MS&T for new product introductions, manage the annual financial operating budget, and foster a culture of continuous advancement in efficiency, processes, cost, and value. They will also engage with corporate teams and develop talent within the organization to meet business needs and succession planning.
