Candidates need 6+ years in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading, plus exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. A relevant degree such as commerce or economics is required, along with FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain them soon.
