Requirements

  • Highly driven, influential professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of urgency, a superior work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and outstanding organizational abilities
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets while building deep, trusted relationships with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors
  • 6+ years of experience in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading
  • Relevant educational background, such as a commerce or economics degree, or exceptional academic performance in a liberal arts or science program
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or able to complete the registrations shortly after hiring

Responsibilities

  • Becoming an expert on the secondary market for pre-IPO securities, understanding market dynamics, key participants, and the role of Hiive
  • Developing, owning, and growing a portfolio of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships, bringing all of Hiive’s investment capabilities to the market
  • Driving revenue growth by prospecting new clients, re-engaging dormant accounts, and executing targeted sales campaigns to deliver trading volume and platform adoption
  • Acting as a trusted relationship manager, delivering consistent, high-value communication and positioning Hiive as the preferred venue for secondary transactions
  • Expanding Hiive’s market share by opening new channels, identifying fresh pools of investors, and unlocking additional sources of capital
  • Meeting and exceeding sales performance metrics while cultivating repeat business and long-term client partnerships
