Experience in a product leadership role within mid to large-sized product businesses is required. A strong understanding of high-value business and product opportunities across multiple industries and functional domains, along with the value of data and analytic apps, is essential. Experience in conceiving and launching new products, driving product-market fit, and revenue growth for early-stage products is necessary. A strong technical understanding of common data and analytics constructs such as semantic models, metrics, KPIs, and action frameworks is required. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also needed.
The Director - Inbound Product Manager will lead the strategy, product definition, roadmap, execution, and overall success of Data and Analytics focused apps across different functional domains. They will work with the D&A leadership team to identify product opportunities, target markets, and create business cases for product investments. This role involves building collaborative relationships with leaders in Engineering, Design, Research, and QE to drive world-class planning and execution of the product vision. Responsibilities include defining outcomes for release planning, creating epics/stories for streamlined execution, and delivering results that exceed customer expectations. Engaging with customers and end-users to gather insights and feedback for new capabilities and enhancements is crucial. The product manager will evangelize the business value of owned products both internally and externally, assume accountable ownership to drive outcomes regardless of organizational boundaries, and guide projects through development with multiple teams to deliver high-quality products. Integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction is key. They will also communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions, effectively communicating with different audiences.
