Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful achievement of HR’s mission and goals partnering directly with King HR Leadership to develop and execute the organization’s strategic vision
  • Manage a senior project specialist
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to manage the annual strategic planning and financial management processes
  • Lead the development, tracking and reporting of HR Leadership’s strategic priorities and associated measures
  • Lead People Strategic Projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation including change requirements driven by those projects
  • Lead the HR team cyclical processes; including People Quarterly Reviews with the King Senior Leadership Team, annual performance process, promotions, bonus and employee listening
