Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience partnering with engineering or product teams at scale (preferred)
  • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the Digital Media Platform organization (Engineering, Product Management, Program Management)
  • Address big problems including critical organizational/people issues, leadership talent identification/development, culture/change management, and implementing Adobe for All
  • Lead Employee Experience for supported teams as the "Chief People Officer"
  • Be a leader throughout Adobe: speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
  • Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo
