Requirements

10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to roll up your sleeves
Experience partnering with engineering or product teams at scale (preferred)
Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the Digital Media Platform organization (Engineering, Product Management, Program Management)
Address big problems including critical organizational/people issues, leadership talent identification/development, culture/change management, and implementing Adobe for All
Lead Employee Experience for supported teams as the "Chief People Officer"
Be a leader throughout Adobe: speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo
