Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR or relevant leadership experience, ideally with experience in the business and/or a Center of Excellence
  • Operate at the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and trust as HR4HR
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and across geographies
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with leaders of diverse seniority, backgrounds, and expertise
  • Natural problem solver with intellectual curiosity and horsepower
  • Creativity in your DNA, challenging the status quo, especially in HR
  • Agile and dynamic work ethic with a bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the Employee Experience organization (HR for HR)
  • Work on big problems including transformational organization changes, fostering and developing key leadership talent, culture change, and putting Adobe for All into action
  • Play an integral role as a strategic advisor in EX, advising, influencing, and co-creating programs and philosophies that impact over 30,000 global employees
  • Champion Employee Experience for supported teams as the "Chief People Officer," advocating and partnering with cross-functional Centers of Excellence, serving as a pilot group and role model
  • As a senior member of the HRBP team and HR4HR, be a leader throughout Adobe—speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
