The Director of GTM Operations and Analytics will lead the Sales Strategy & Operations team, driving the annual planning process and owning global sales quota and capacity plans across various segments. Responsibilities include managing territory allocation, contributing to integrated planning for sales and demand, and establishing benchmarks and metrics to track improvements. The role involves generating sales insights, developing reporting packages for sales effectiveness, and partnering with the Data & Analytics team to deliver insights to Sales Leadership. Additionally, the Director will create scalable processes, document and enforce engagement rules, design and communicate incentive compensation plans, optimize Salesforce and other systems, and nurture the adoption of the Go-To-Market playbook. They will also evaluate business design for revenue strategy, develop recommendations, and drive consensus for improvements, while facilitating account planning, managing pipeline cadence, and enabling GTM teams with metrics and frameworks.
