  • Ability to visualize data in near-real time and craft compelling, evidence-based cases for course corrections and future planning
  • Lead a global team ensuring regional market needs align with global KPI and business goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of analysts to manage day-to-day operational reporting, ad hoc analyses, and data visualizations
  • Collaborate with Central Marketing Analytics team to align on holistic campaign measurement, integrating paid media into broader evaluations
  • Partner with non-paid analytics stakeholders for unified reporting frameworks and shared insights across the marketing funnel
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive alignment
  • Design and implement real-time tracking across paid, owned, and earned channels for holistic touchpoint analysis
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on performance, in-market tests, and spend/channel mix implications
  • Own reporting and analysis for all media metrics, including owned/earned media
  • Tie together business, marketing, and consumer data to extract paid/owned/earned media value and contributions to revenue and audience growth
  • Assess digital channels' effectiveness in driving customer purchase funnel objectives and provide insights to operations
  • Partner with Strategy & Activation teams to develop audience-first recommendations using in-game behaviors, monetization trends, and third-party segments
  • Determine optimal mix of Blizzard owned and paid digital channels
  • Aid in forecasting performance for multi-channel campaigns and tracking against goals
  • Create marketing mix models to guide go-to-market campaigns, spend, and channel importance across regions
  • Implement A/B testing and analysis for media and CRM channels to identify improvements in the player funnel
  • Drive personalization by collaborating with data scientists on hypotheses using A/B testing, attribution models, and best practices
