Requirements

  • Ability to oversee 31 global chains for a major client, including support, business reviews, and ongoing contracts
  • Lead sales position experience, including managing contracts, RFPs, and distributor relationships for major clients
  • Proven track record in new business development with North America HQ-based corporate hotel chains
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Skills in strategic relationship building with brand, operations, and purchasing teams
  • Capability to manage internal and external teams, including product development, forecasting, new launches, pricing, and product support
  • Global account leadership experience, especially in EMEA and Asia regions, including market knowledge, sales training, support, and international RFQs
  • Negotiation skills for centralized global contracts with regional input
  • Ability to serve as "global quarterback" for customers, providing high-level reporting and monthly dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Account management of major client’s amenity business, including strategic relationships within brand, operations, and purchasing teams
  • Provide ongoing high-level reporting and monthly dashboards on all global amenity business
  • Manage $20 million plus in US revenue responsibility, with longer-term accountability for all G&S revenue including international sales upon project implementation
  • Manage internal and external teams including product development, shared services with forecasting, new launches, pricing, and product support
  • Lead role with all authorized distributors to provide, track, and maintain brand mandated programs
  • Serve as global account lead and sales support for EMEA & Asia regions
  • Engage key internal and customer personnel on global teams to establish market knowledge, brand mandated programs, sales training, sales support, and lead on international RFQs
  • Negotiate terms for centralized global contract with input from the regions
  • Prospect new business development with assigned North America-based corporate hotel chains
  • Act as relationship owner and champion for largest multi-national accounts to grow revenue and profits through personal care amenity sales
