Director, Global Compliance & Ethics Lead

Candidates must be a current member in good standing of the California State Bar, a UK qualified lawyer, or qualified in another applicable jurisdiction. A law degree from an accredited U.S. law school, UK university, or equivalent legal qualification is required. A minimum of 15 years of experience as in-house Ethics & Compliance counsel or outside counsel in related fields, preferably within the video game, electronic technology, or entertainment industries, is necessary. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to risk management and experience with investigations, audits, and regulator interactions. High ethical standards, integrity, and good judgment are paramount.
