Requirements
- 7+ years of experience handling primarily employment law matters
- Experience gained from both top or mid-tier law firms and in-house
- Ability to manage, organize, and complete multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong business and financial acumen

Responsibilities
- Draft and handle US and international employment offer letters and agreements
- Work with outside employment counsel in various countries
- Counsel the People team and management on day-to-day employment matters
- Develop and implement employment handbooks, policies, procedures, and training programs
- Support the Recruiting team with immigration matters
- Support the Legal team with other projects, such as employment-related due diligence
- Counsel on and support compliance with US and international employment regulations
