Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in global benefits or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating proven experience in designing and scaling benefits programs across multiple countries. They must have experience as a Benefits Broker or Insurance Broker with a focus on international markets, along with a strong global network, strategic thinking, execution capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance standards is also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Benefits will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global benefits strategy aligned with Deel’s expansion goals, designing and implementing benefits processes for effective scaling, building and leading Deel’s brokerage strategy, negotiating and managing partnerships, designing the launch roadmap for new benefits offerings, collaborating with product teams, managing the P&L for the global benefits business unit, optimizing costs and revenue, identifying key partnerships, and working closely with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
