Requirements

Strategic and operational leadership experience in global ERP service delivery, including SAP and QAD
Expertise in ensuring stability, availability, and scalability of ERP solutions supporting critical business functions
Proven ability to lead teams and manage external service providers for operational support and minor enhancements
Strong alignment skills with business needs, IT strategy, governance, and risk management standards
Experience in vendor performance management, SLAs, OLAs, and contractual adherence
Proficiency in business relationship management at country, regional, and global levels
Knowledge of service monitoring, proactive alerts, performance metrics, and disaster recovery/failover
Capability to drive service excellence, operational resilience, and innovation in ERP services
Skills in financial management, security compliance, and accountability within ERP domain

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate global delivery of integrated SAP, QAD, and associated ERP services, ensuring end-to-end service quality, stability, and availability
Oversee operational support for production environments, QA and development systems, and disaster recovery/failover capabilities
Ensure services are effectively monitored with proactive alerts and performance metrics to anticipate and prevent downtime or degradation
Integrate and oversee day-to-day performance of external service providers for ERP systems support and enhancements
Work with Supplier Relationship Management and IT Service Management teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs, OLAs, and customer satisfaction goals
Lead regular service reviews, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement corrective action plans with vendors
Serve as key liaison with business partners at country, regional, and global levels, aligning ERP services with operational priorities and objectives
Manage communication and engagement with business stakeholders for transparency, issue resolution, and service planning
Proactively understand business roadmaps and enable their success through ERP systems
Oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of minor enhancements to ERP platforms, aligning with business requirements and IT governance
