Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in enterprise technologies and at least 5 years in enterprise technology leadership roles. Expertise in document ingestion, storage, generation, and electronic signature technologies, along with experience managing global teams and vendor relationships, is required. A demonstrated use of automation to improve quality and reduce manual effort, working knowledge of compliance frameworks in Document Management technologies, and strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are also necessary. A Master's degree and specific experience with platforms like IBM FileNet P8 or OpenText CMS are considered advantageous.
The Director of Document Management will shape and execute the strategic roadmap for document management technologies, lead global document management operations to ensure platform stability, performance, security, and compliance, and oversee a diverse team of employees and contractors. This role involves partnering with enterprise architecture and stakeholders to refine the platform roadmap, developing and implementing a multi-year strategic plan, and leading global operations and ongoing support for the Document Management Platform. Responsibilities also include overseeing the intake, prioritization, and delivery of Document Management solutions, implementing observability and monitoring practices, and proactively communicating roadmaps to resolve conflicts and ensure milestone delivery.
