The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies are essential, along with experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, and marketing automation.
As Director of Digital & Demand, you will develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy, encompassing web, social media, paid media, and emerging channels, to drive growth and customer acquisition. You will oversee the global demand generation strategy, implementing multi-channel campaigns and lead nurturing programs, and collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Furthermore, you will manage the digital marketing budget, leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance, and coordinate with IT to implement and maintain digital commercial technologies.
