Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on discrete choice modeling and advanced statistical techniques. Deep expertise in Discrete Choice Modeling (DCM) and related methodologies such as CBC, MaxDiff, ACA, Menu-Based, and custom experimental designs is essential, along with experience using Sawtooth Software and familiarity with advanced modeling packages like R and Python. Strong understanding of advanced statistical techniques including segmentation, drivers, factor analysis, and Bayesian network modeling is required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Data Analytics will serve as a methodological consultant, advising clients on research design and analytical trade-offs, leading multi-phase engagements, and translating complex analytics into client-ready stories. They will also lead project teams, mentor analysts, contribute to innovation, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, representing the team in business development activities and ensuring intellectual rigor while balancing speed and impact.
