Proven success in driving automation-first initiatives and integrating AI into operational workflows is required, along with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred, and experience with tools like AI transcription, DocGen, Gong, and workflow automation platforms is beneficial.
The Director of Deal Strategy & Management will lead the transformation and modernization of Deal Strategy and Deal Desk Management operations, focusing on efficiency through automation and AI. This role involves supporting quote-to-cash activity by partnering cross-functionally to streamline approvals, implement intelligent automation, and bring operational rigor to pricing and deal execution. Key duties include owning and leading the Deal Desk function for over 500 deals monthly, architecting scalable workflows, designing automated deal validation and approval processes, guiding pricing and packaging execution, and maintaining deal playbooks and policies. The role also entails driving continuous process improvement, building enablement content and self-service quoting tools, owning reporting and analytics for the Deal Desk, delivering insights to shape revenue strategy, and partnering with Commissions and Accounting for seamless downstream reporting.
