A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or related functions is required, including at least 5 years specifically within the SaaS or technology industry. Proven experience as a data visionary with both technical depth and business acumen is essential, along with familiarity with modern data infrastructure tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, and ADF.
The Director of Data Services & Analytics will lead the architecture, development, and governance of the enterprise data warehouse, pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms, ensuring a modern and scalable data infrastructure. This role involves building and operationalizing AI/ML models for improved forecasting and customer insights, partnering with Finance, Product, and Operations to deploy predictive analytics, and connecting strategic business cases to data execution. Responsibilities also include building financial and operational models tied to SaaS KPIs, mentoring and scaling a data team, and establishing data as a competitive advantage across the company.
