Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a graduate degree in a related field being preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in data product management, platform development, data engineering, or related fields is required, along with strong experience in big data technologies like Snowflake and Redshift, familiarity with CDPs and activation platforms, and a solid understanding of identity resolution and data management. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships, translate business needs into technical requirements, and lead, support, and grow a high-performing team are essential.
The Director of Data Product Management will define the vision, strategy, and technical architecture for the enterprise consumer data product suite, driving its evolution and optimization. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Architecture, Privacy, Governance, and Business Teams to build scalable and compliant data products, developing robust product roadmaps for new data initiatives, and overseeing data engineering and operational functions. This role will also enable data activation for analytics and machine learning, develop a privacy compliance technical framework, and inspire team success through clear communication, coaching, and fostering an inclusive environment.
