Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in brand, marcomm or creative related leadership roles
  • Proven experience or track record in strategic planning, large-scale brand development in multi countries
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Creative thinker, passionate, a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Confident, collaborative, excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills
  • Capable of aligning marketing strategies with business goals, managing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global brand vision, positioning and storytelling amongst our consumers, delivery contractors, and our employer's brand
  • Oversee large-scale brand programs cohesion that span across physical and environmental channels, along with coordination with regional needs adaptation
  • Establish corporate conferences & events objectives, R.O.I, lead strategy, tactics and production of collaterals
  • Promote a creative culture that consistently delivers standout production work—across video, photography, content, and graphic design—while upholding high creative standards
  • Manage a cohesive, fun and performant team of 4 individuals, with potential growth of more headcounts
