Responsibilities

As Director of Content and Demand Marketing, you will lead a team responsible for demand generation campaigns, SEO, content strategy, and social media, ensuring digital efforts align with business objectives and accelerate growth. You will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, manage the content marketing strategy, oversee inbound and outbound demand generation programs, optimize digital campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing leaders, sales, and customer success, and balance strategic planning with day-to-day needs. Additionally, you will mentor team members, support the Content Marketing Manager, lead the development of digital experiences, review performance data, manage budgets, and bring a test-and-learn mindset to drive continuous improvement.
