Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director will develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies for the Tools & Outdoor brands, ensuring brand consistency. They will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Managers, oversee content creation and scheduling, and monitor social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights. This role involves staying current with social media trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agency partners, and managing the social media and influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI.
