Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in client development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of high-value clients are essential, along with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships. Experience with health plans, health systems, and/or managed care organizations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As Director, Client Development, you will oversee the management of a portfolio of high-value clients, including leading service delivery, building relationships with executive and lower-level stakeholders, developing account strategies, pursuing project expansions to meet growth targets, and managing contract renewals. You will collaborate with clients and marketing to develop campaigns that promote clinically appropriate telenutrition adoption, coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on implementation needs, and work with Finance, Sales, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure successful client outcomes. You will also contribute to the overall strategic direction of client development and support Foodsmart's mission of making nutritious food accessible and affordable.
