Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of professional services engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services. You will manage customer expectations, create Statements of Work, run point on timelines and change management, and drive actionable success metrics. Furthermore, you will project manage enterprise customer onboarding, partner with Customer Success Managers to review customer health, and assist with the onboarding of multiple teams and users, while also occasionally driving internal projects such as product feature betas and migrations.
