Responsibilities

The Director, Business Development will formulate and execute an ambitious strategy to expand and transform BlackRock’s business with insurers in Korea, work closely with the APAC Head of FIG and Korea Head of Institutional Client Business to maximize business opportunities, initiate and strengthen relationships with Life Insurers, P&C Insurance Companies, Reinsurance, and their affiliated asset managers, develop high-quality pipelines and deliver ambitious financial outcomes by collaborating with product specialists, identify transformative business opportunities, form strategic alliances, partner with FMA Insurance Solutions, and partner with key stakeholders to drive campaigns and strategic initiatives.
