Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years of related experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong senior-level communication, influencing, and presentation skills are essential, alongside a client focus, result orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. A solid understanding of the data analytics industry and high cultural IQ for cross-cultural collaboration are also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Business Development will manage and expand existing client accounts, driving value through the implementation of NIQ solutions and establishing NIQ as a trusted business partner. They will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers, identifying and engaging new decision-makers, and generating strategic leads to expand the sales pipeline. The role involves developing sales strategies, understanding client industries and market trends, communicating NIQ thought leadership, and proposing proactive solutions to meet client needs, while collaborating closely with marketing and demand generation teams.
