Requirements

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree and 2-3 years of experience in a high-performing organization such as consulting, a high-growth technology company, or a social media research agency. Strong analytical skills are required, including advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with experience in pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleaning, and scenario modeling. Familiarity with Python and SQL is a significant advantage. Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and project management skills are essential. A deep understanding of the social media ecosystem across major platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including audience behavior and trends, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Analyst will execute client projects by conducting research, performing analysis, and visually representing insights using data from Tubular's product and third-party sources. They will build compelling narratives through quantitative and qualitative analysis, market trends, and objective analyses. The role involves understanding client business needs across various industries and content genres, compiling SQL data sets, and collaborating with colleagues to validate assumptions. Responsibilities also include simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations for clients and supporting the global Insights & Strategy team.
