Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities to promote HPE server/storage products and related services/solutions; analyze industry-specific characteristics and challenges to propose suitable products; formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets; use digital tools for new customer acquisition and maintaining/strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Understand customer business needs and IT infrastructure challenges; propose customized solutions using HPE's latest technology; leverage industry-specific advanced technical knowledge to support challenge resolution; collaborate with technical departments or US HQ product teams for specialized support as needed
  • Collaborate closely with US HQ product and technical departments in addition to domestic sales activities; utilize HPE's latest technology to provide optimal solutions to customers; achieve competitive product proposals through global team cooperation
  • Analyze server/storage market trends and competitor movements, reflecting them in sales activities; grasp industry-specific market needs to strengthen HPE product competitiveness; contribute to organizational growth through knowledge sharing and improvement proposals within the sales department
  • Handle contract negotiations and quote preparation to smoothly advance deals; build trust through regular visits and communication; perform post-implementation follow-up to improve customer satisfaction
