Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a portfolio of HPE GreenLake existing customers in Czechia and be their first point of contact, understanding their business goals, project priorities, and desired outcomes
  • Accompany customer growth and identify up- and cross-selling potentials
  • Help customers get the most out of HPE solutions and ensure desired results are understood and achieved
  • Manage the entire collaboration with existing customers: from onboarding to expanding solutions into new business areas
  • Develop and maintain a success plan documenting goals and timelines, ensuring customers have a consistently positive experience throughout their journey
