Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, cultivating, and closing advertising opportunities across digital, branded content, sponsorships, and event platforms
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding marketing goals and delivering solutions that align with client objectives and The Banner’s mission
  • Collaborate across teams — work with marketing, audience, analytics, and product to create and execute high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Manage your sales pipeline through disciplined CRM usage, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and exceptional client communication
  • Educate clients on The Banner’s full suite of digital offerings, including programmatic display, newsletters, sponsorships, and custom content
  • Stay informed on trends in digital media, data analytics, and local market dynamics to position The Banner as a trusted advertising partner
  • Represent The Banner at community, business, and industry events to build brand visibility and foster new relationships
  • Contribute to team success by bringing energy, collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction
