Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develops outright, or in partnership with others, compelling digital and social media strategies to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels
  • Establishes, maintains and updates stakeholder centric digital experiences, including the identification, selection and deployment of platforms, tools and applications that deliver on strategic programs and campaigns
  • Develops promotional programs and campaigns designed to achieve defined business objectives with target audiences via digital channels
  • Utilizes search engines to maximize Medtronic content utilization and visibility
  • Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and third party sites as required and in accordance with company policies and governance structures
  • Manages the implementation and measures performance of digital programs, content and key stakeholder digital engagement results and develops insights into customer's digital behaviors
  • Develops and manages social media channels and social media campaigns to build stakeholder engagement
  • Establishes and maintains enterprise digital standards, policies and governance
  • Manages digital consultants, agencies and vendors
  • Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • May act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other lower level professionals
  • Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments
  • Contributes to the completion of project milestones and may have some involvement in cross functional assignments
  • Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
  • Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts, shares information, status, needs and issues to inform, gain input, and support decision-making
