Requirements
- 3-6 years of marketing experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to technical topics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital acquisition programs across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, etc.) and unpaid channels (email, social, and website) to drive pipeline and awareness
- Track and report campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities
- Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages (WordPress), and lead nurturing automation to ensure smooth prospect journeys
- Maintain data quality, segmentation, and effective lead handoff processes between marketing and sales
- Engage authentically with developer and partner community across social and technical channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Nylas Forum)
- Use AI-assisted monitoring tools such as AirOps to surface trending topics and identify opportunities for brand storytelling and thought leadership
- Partner with subject matter experts to craft credible, informed content and social responses that reflect Nylas’s voice
- Support marketing operations, including campaign scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with broader GTM priorities
- Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to building scalable marketing systems
