Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital acquisition programs across paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, etc.) and unpaid channels (email, social, and website) to drive pipeline and awareness
  • Track and report campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages (WordPress), and lead nurturing automation to ensure smooth prospect journeys
  • Maintain data quality, segmentation, and effective lead handoff processes between marketing and sales
  • Engage authentically with developer and partner community across social and technical channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Nylas Forum)
  • Use AI-assisted monitoring tools such as AirOps to surface trending topics and identify opportunities for brand storytelling and thought leadership
  • Partner with subject matter experts to craft credible, informed content and social responses that reflect Nylas’s voice
  • Support marketing operations, including campaign scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with broader GTM priorities
  • Provide insights on process improvements and contribute to building scalable marketing systems
