Demonstrable experience in SEO, LinkedIn advertising (paid and organic), lead generation, and CRM is required, along with expertise in GA4 and Salesforce. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills are essential, and a digital marketing qualification is desirable.
The Digital Marketing Lead will oversee and implement a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and brand awareness. This includes leading the development and build of a new website and SEO strategy, managing external agency partners, and ensuring project alignment with strategic vision, delivery on time, and within budget. Responsibilities also include managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI, developing and overseeing paid and organic social media strategies on LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement, and determining metrics and monitoring KPIs using data-driven insights to continually optimize digital marketing efforts. The role involves budget management, allocating the digital marketing budget across best-performing channels and external agency partners to optimize ROI, and managing and mentoring a digital marketing executive, allocating responsibilities and overseeing their work. Additionally, the lead will support the digital developer with workload, run weekly team meetings, and stay abreast of industry trends, leveraging AI platforms and digital tools to create efficiencies and optimize digital marketing processes.
