Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree, a minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in laboratory sales and technical experience, and strong executive presence. They should also have excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills, along with experience in leading complex contract negotiations, proven sales experience in Healthcare or Medical IT, and familiarity with IT in clinical laboratories / hospital / healthcare. Some Diagnostics experience is preferred, and a strong understanding of how technology drives value in healthcare is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Digital Health Solutions Executive will be responsible for new business development, identifying and acquiring new customers, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, designing and proposing new customer workflows using digital health solutions, building relationships with C-suite executives, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, leading complex contract negotiations, enhancing client relationships, driving market share growth, coordinating resources and teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, and staying informed on healthcare trends and policy changes. They will also be responsible for workflow innovation, sales performance, executive engagement, growth strategy, customer satisfaction, market expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.
