Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading digital event strategy, a deep understanding of MarTech and digital platforms, and a proven track record of independently driving initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

The Digital Event Experience Lead will drive the efficient experience across digital and social platforms pre, on-site, and post-event. They will lead the development and implementation of an integrated digital event experience plan and drive persona-based digital event experiences. The role involves championing digital experience architecture by collaborating with the MarTech team to build new capabilities for personalization and audience acquisition. Additionally, the lead will direct personalized digital event experiences by partnering with the Digital team to implement and optimize innovative methods for personalization and audience targeting. The role also includes strategically reimagining Workday’s digital event library and developing and owning the digital event capabilities roadmap.
