Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional digital design experience, advanced understanding of design and visual principles
  • Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design and software skills, and experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
  • Knowledge of design software programs, such as Figma, AEM, and Adobe Creative Suite Applications
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies
  • Create concepts, artwork, and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs and client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Writers, Project Manager, Developers, Content Strategists) and creative studio teams to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaign tactics
  • Select colors, fonts, photographs, illustration and other design elements to meet creative objectives
  • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints and ensure consistency in designs and content across all Nutrition Brand digital platforms
  • Clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines; stay current on digital design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output
  • Provide training and support to team members on use of design system and AEM; create and document design guidelines, templates, and components to be used across the organization
  • Identify opportunities (such as Generative AI) for automation within various systems and processes across the internal agency
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide training and support to team members on use of automated solutions
