Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in demand generation/campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing principles such as SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, CRM software
  • Proven experience in paid media management
  • Proven experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and campaign optimisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Skilled at agency management
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track multi-channel campaign performance
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Solid experience of executing email campaigns and running event programs using a Marketing Automation system
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital and webinars
  • Experience effectively leveraging webforms and landing pages for conversion
  • Skilled at database segmentation and data management
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM, Marketo
  • Prior experience of working in an international B2B organisation and working closely with other centralized teams (web, creative, operations) across regions (beneficial)
  • Hands on experience of project management tools such as JIRA, Asana
  • Fluency in English and professional proficiency in German

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing Managers to understand campaign plans, goals and strategy and support the execution of multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns to drive business revenue
  • Plan and execute pan-European digital demand generation programs (e.g., Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Site Direct, Content Syndication)
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates
  • Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives
  • Define clear and measurable goals for all campaigns, programs and tactics prior to launch
  • Monitor the performance of digital demand generation campaigns and report the results to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
