Requirements

Candidates should have a first experience in a sales and/or Customer Success Management position, native fluency in German is required, and bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory. Responsibilities

The Digital Customer Success Manager will oversee a pool of customers, drive them to successful value realization, adopt a data-driven approach to growing and nurturing the digital touch segment of Aircall’s customer base, help evaluate and implement metrics to monitor account development, maintain a pulse on customer utilization and performance metrics, use a Digital touch approach to drive customers through the ideal customer journey, engage with customers to upsell additional product/services, deliver expertise through various interactions, collaborate with the Customer marketing team, advocate for internal customers, and inspire customers to think strategically about platform utilization.
