Senior Product Specialist - Specialty Diagnostics

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a technical support or diagnostics role, and a strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations, including diagnostic applications, financial limitations, and workflow processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and deliver training presentations clearly and effectively, and must be able to work independently and make appropriate decisions with accuracy and timeliness.
The Diagnostics Technical Specialist will provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings, assisting with implementation, training, operation, and problem resolution of veterinary diagnostics products. They will be responsible for identifying and quantifying clinic pain points, developing and implementing workflow processes to improve customer experience, responding to technical requests, providing guidance and training, completing daily activity documentation, and collaborating with Area Business Managers and Diagnostic Solutions Consultants to identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
