Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.
  • Assist with diagnostics implementation and workflow improvements.
  • Increase utilization and adoption of diagnostic products.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, and training on the product line.
  • Conduct product installation and validation.
  • Complete daily activity documentation, including detailed reports after customer visits.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize customer information, including satisfaction data.
  • Work closely with Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Diagnostic Solutions Consultants (DSCs) to provide customer service.
  • Identify and report opportunities for additional analyzers and new customer referrals.
  • Understand general veterinary clinic operations, including diagnostic applications, financial limitations, training requirements, and workflow processes.
  • Create and deliver training presentations effectively.
