Senior Product Specialist - Specialty Diagnostics

Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe, and have at least one year of experience. A strong understanding of general veterinary clinic operations, including diagnostic applications, financial limitations, training requirements, and workflow processes is also required.
The Diagnostics Technical Specialist will provide onsite support to veterinary clinics, laboratory research, and veterinary academic settings, assisting with product implementation, training, operation, applications, and problem resolution. They will be responsible for the success of relationships with assigned clinics, identifying and quantifying clinic pain points, facilitating workflow improvements, responding to technical support requests, providing guidance and training, completing daily activity documentation, and working closely with Area Business Managers and Diagnostic Solutions Consultants to identify opportunities for analyzer upgrades and new customer referrals. The specialist will also be responsible for safe lifting and moving of 60 lbs.
