Corporate Events Planner

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, with preference given to experience in the animal health industry. They should have at least 5 years of proven experience as an events manager or similar role, including experience in medical education and inclusion in industry events. Strong project management and organization skills are required, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in event management software, and a creative mindset.
The Diagnostics Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social events. This includes coordinating all operations, acting as a liaison for diagnostics, collaborating with marketing, medical, and sales teams, managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, developing event concepts, overseeing event logistics, promoting events, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will also lead and motivate a team of colleagues, attend major conferences, manage diagnostic equipment needs, and deliver exceptional diagnostics representation and customer experience.
