Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis. A strong understanding of the solar industry, fluency in SQL, familiarity with BI platforms like Sigma or Tableau, and experience with cloud-based DBMS, particularly Snowflake, are essential. Direct experience with Salesforce, specifically Field Service and Case Management, for at least 2 years is required, along with solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, workflows, and data structure. Experience supporting Field Service and/or Customer Support functions, coupled with strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, are also necessary.
The Diagnostics Business Analyst will provide data-driven insights to enhance solar fleet performance and optimize operations, manage the Asset Monitoring and Diagnostics team's service queue, and structure business requirements for the Snowflake data warehouse. This role involves collaborating with leadership to define BI solutions for post-PTO solar production, developing and maintaining KPIs and OKRs for fleet health monitoring, and gathering business requirements to translate them into technical specifications. The analyst will partner with engineering teams on ETL processes for solar production data, ensure data accuracy and integrity, and facilitate user adoption through training and documentation. Additionally, they will monitor and optimize the service queue using Salesforce and BI tools, design and maintain dashboards for real-time decision-making, analyze service queue performance to identify improvements, and partner with field service teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer response times.
