Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience, along with at least six years of relevant experience in DevOps, System Administration, Network, or Application Operations. Extensive expertise in Linux/Unix, Terraform, AWS services and architecture, EKS/EKS-A, and CI/CD pipelines, coupled with strong scripting and automation skills, is required. Knowledge of Git/GitLab and AWS certificates are considered a plus.
The DevOps Lead will be responsible for the design, development, testing, automation, and operation of the infrastructure supporting the company’s solutions, as well as the development process by which those solutions are engineered. They will work collaboratively with other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients, advocating for standards and practices. The role involves working with architects to gather requirements, designing solutions for new projects, creating development processes, identifying and addressing InfoSec findings, advising and mentoring engineers, maintaining infrastructure, providing support to software engineering teams, and conducting all business in accordance with policies and procedures. The position also includes all other duties as assigned, and supporting a hybrid work environment.
