Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, or SQL, experience building automation scripts, and exposure to advanced identity management systems like Okta or Azure AD are also beneficial. Experience contributing to developer forums, writing technical blogs, or hosting webinars is a plus.
The Senior Developer Support Engineer will resolve technically complex developer support cases related to APIs, integrations, and enterprise configurations, aiming for over 35 case solves per week and a 4.7+ CSAT score. They will act as a technical escalation point for teammates, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance debugging tools, automate case triage, and improve logging observability. Responsibilities include identifying and driving improvements to support processes, documentation, and internal tooling, as well as troubleshooting issues involving REST APIs, OAuth, SAML/SSO, SCIM, and enterprise SaaS workflows. Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences is also a key duty.
