Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a track record of educating developers on highly technical tools and building and activating developer communities. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to discuss complex technical topics with customers and developers at all levels. Technical experience as a software engineer, developer relations engineer, sales engineer, or deployed engineer is required. The ideal candidate should thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Responsibilities

As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will create and maintain developer-focused content, including tutorials, documentation, video content, and blog posts. You will improve the developer experience by identifying pain points and implementing feature requests. Building and nurturing community relationships through organizing and participating in developer events, workshops, conferences, and online channels will be key. You will shape the developer relations strategy alongside the GTM team to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of Devin, while also monitoring and analyzing developer engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and the overall developer experience.
