Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Design Operations, Research Operations, or a similar role
  • Experience with vendor management, ideally managing design tools and systems (e.g., Figma, Fullstory, design libraries)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining design/research documentation and guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently

  • Partner with design leadership to establish operational vision and strategic priorities
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for design team efficiency and impact
