Requirements

8+ years of experience in software product design
2+ years of experience in managing other designers
A track record of designing impactful B2B workflow tools for complex, specialized users (experience with internal tooling and/or AI interfaces is a strong plus)
Proven ability to lead and scale a team, including hiring and developing talent
Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ship high-quality work at speed
