Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage campaign assets, presentation decks, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist Marketing Manager in creating marketing plans for Domestic Artists releases/campaigns
  • Manage and communicate campaign status to cross-functional teams
  • Manage P&L per artist/project and ensure budget effectiveness
  • Manage promotions for artists in digital and non-digital media, including online and on-ground activities
  • Deal with media/agencies for marketing strategies
  • Ensure all marketing plans are executed and documented
  • Analyse market trends to provide insights for better marketing decisions
  • Evaluate projects/campaigns
  • Responsible for marketing plans/concepts, working with departments (e.g., Artist and Repertoire, Artist Management, Finance, Sales)
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans
  • Observe/research music industry trends and apply to marketing strategies for successful promotion, execution, analysis, and evaluation
